Refund Policy

30-Day Campaign Refund Policy

Our 30-Day Restaurant Marketing Campaign is backed by a conditional performance guarantee.

If, within 30 consecutive days of campaign launch, your restaurant does not receive a minimum of 100 incremental customer transactions directly attributable to our campaign, you may request a full refund of the $497 campaign fee, subject to the conditions below.

Refund Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund request, the restaurant must:

  1. Fully participate in the campaign by:

    • Approving marketing creatives within 48 hours

    • Maintaining normal business hours throughout the 30-day period

    • Honoring the promotional offer provided to customers

    • Allowing all recommended outreach (SMS, email, digital ads, and/or direct outreach) to run without interruption

  2. Accurately track redemptions or transactions using the tracking method provided (POS data, offer redemption, or agreed-upon reporting method).

  3. Submit a written refund request within 5 business days of the campaign end date, including requested supporting data.

Exclusions

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The campaign is paused, delayed, or altered by the restaurant

  • Business hours are reduced or the restaurant is temporarily closed

  • Staff fails to honor or promote the offer

  • Inaccurate or incomplete transaction data is provided

  • External factors outside our control materially impact operations (e.g., force majeure, utility outages, government shutdowns)

Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original form of payment.
